We stayed on the lakes with a hot tub and had a fabulous time. Clean (especially the hot tub) spacious and modern. Had a loverly meal in the hotel resturant staff really friendly and helpful.

I ate here for Christmas dinner and what a lovely experience it was. All of the staff serving that day were perfect and the food equalled the service. Absolutely delicious.
My daughter got married here. Brilliant set up. All in one place wedding celebration from ceremony to party in the evening (Tennyson suite). Was great for my mother, who is in a wheelchair. Wedding food great. Service fast and efficient. Hotel rooms well equipped and clean. Breakfast in restaurant very nice too
Very nice accommodation although some dated furniture. Jacuzzi bath a bonus. Had two enjoyable evening meals and breakfast was excellent as well. Staff all very welcoming and more than happy to cater for your needs.
On ordering a Sundae for a dessert wondered offered the Stick Toffee option. This was what was obviously a stale bit of pudding with all the extra ice cream and cream etc. This didn't mask the fact that the sticky toffee pudding was well past its best and being use as "WE CAN USE IT THERE"!
After a day out elsewhere with a disappointing lunch at a different restaurant, we decided to pop in here for an early dinner. I reserved a table (managing to do so online for 45 minutes later) The lounge/bistro has a lovely, cosy atmosphere and comfy seating. Attentive staff and a varied menu. Our food arrived in a very reasonable amount of time and was absolutely delicious. The wine was good quality. Puddings were exquisite! Although the place began to fill up soon after we arrived, service continued to be fab and we were well looked after. Thank you!
Ash and the Team did a fantastic job at keeping things running smoothly and efficiently at a wedding I shot there last month. It was a really stormy day and they did everything they could to still make the day special for the couple. Nothing was too much to ask for them and they really look after me being a vendor. Looking forward to returning in the future!
